Food: Pumpkin Spice Latte

Today feels like Fall there is a slight chill in the air. It's that time of year when you want to bundle up & snuggle. Since the time change I am able to get up earlier & have more time to do things before getting to work at 8:30am. This morning I tackled a warm fall drink, a pumpkin spice latte. I made an individual serving.

Don't get intimidated by all the steps, it really wasn't as hard as it may look. When you use fat free milk & fresh baked pumpkin the recipe is about 175 calories but worth the splurge. I hope you enjoy this morning treat.
