Food: Greek Veggie Pizza under 30 minutes

Greek Veggie Pizza

To make the dough you will need:

* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 (.25 ounce) packageactive dry yeast
* 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoonwhite sugar
* 1 cupwarm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix in oil and warm water. Spread out on a large pizza pan. Set off to the side so you may add the toppings.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees C (190 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes



Ingredients for topping the pizza:

* 1 cup mozzarella cheese
* 1/2 jar of pesto sauce - spread evenly around the pizza dough.
* 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno peppers
* 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
* 1/4 cup artichoke hearts
* 1 small can chopped black olives
* 2 garlic cloves minced

Bake at 375 degrees C (190 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is slightly crispy.
 
Let cool & serve.
